Neja Tribe endeavors to provide the highest quality products to our customers. However, in case you are dissatisfied with your buying experience or have concerns regarding the delivered products, the following process will apply for order cancellation or product returns.

Cancellation

• You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.

• To cancel, please contact our support team.

• Once confirmed, the refund will be initiated instantly and credited within 5–7 business days.

• Orders cannot be cancelled after 2 hours as they may already be processed.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• Product is damaged

• Wrong product delivered

Additional conditions:

• Returns are applicable only in serviceable areas and after verification.

• Request must be raised within 36 hours of delivery.

• Email us at nejatribeenterprise@gmail.com.

• Product images are mandatory.

• All returns are subject to approval.

• Products must be unused and in original packaging with invoice.

All product returns are subject to approval by Neja Tribe. The company reserves the right to accept or reject requests after verification.
